Australian 3 Day Intensive

Flower tribe – this is a term I coined for all our flower friends at a workshop in California over 4 years ago where I realized the importance of finding and spending time with YOUR people. People who get you. People who have common challenges and common loves! People who see the world from a different place than you, but possibly thru a very similar lens. People who embrace you and all your flaws, people who will sweat thru the hard days with you and make you smile the whole way thru. THIS is your tribe.

I am truly overjoyed that we are finally making the trip to Australia a reality and cannot wait to meet all the wonderful people there. It’s not often that I get the opportunity to break away from our home base to do something that uniquely inspires me and re-stokes the passion and love I have for Flowers – but this is one of those rare chances and I am so thankful it’s happening!

There’s nothing better than growing your business alongside colleagues (near and far) who get you – and at this retreat you are bound to grow your family of real friends tenfold. You will be amongst others who share your loves, passions, torments, challenges, and determination.

Join our small and and crazy world – see how I approach large scale projects, multi-task, and balance family with business.
I want to share the knowledge I’ve accumulated over the last 11 years, with all of you. I’m coming a long distance to meet you and I want to make the most of it! No other workshops out there spend the amount of time we do on business skills or share as openly, and I know most attendees walk away feeling so much stronger, more confident, and glad they invested in this part of themselves.

We will be working with a bounty of materials and packing a ton, ton, ton of flowers and business talk into this 3 day course.
Foraging, Business discussions, Material sourcing, and of course- filling out a more robust design skill set.
We will complete exercises in compotes, handheld bouquets, and work as a team to build an installation together …mixed in with 3 days of jam-packed business mastery. Team building exercises, Flower Design, Creative expansion, Portfolio growth, Media savvy and then a final photo session with celebratory dinner. No better way to kickstart your season.
